Icloud restore?

K so i got a new iphone so i restored everything through icloud. I have everything on there but the only problem is my music shows on my phone but its grey and doesnt play. Why did this happen everything else restored fine.

So backup my stuff to icloud restore phone and set up as new without restoring w icloud?
