Hi all, i have seen plenty of threads on this but never quite felt confident on the answers!
BIt of a backstory, my partner's parents are well into their 80s and are avid iPhone users. Issue is that they have one iCloud account, and that is set up in the less frequent user of the 2.
Main user wants new iCloud account as the current account is set up for other user.
I'm confused now!
The key thing here is obviously not to lose all the iCloud data.
I'm going up to Leeds to make the changes and consider myself reasonably savvy but am nervous of losing data, etc.
Has anyone got a simple guide?
