i phones wifes and sons HELP

My wife bought my son a I phone and he was told DO NOT JAILBREAK and guess what he did shes says in a month the phone will lock up and be useless can anyone tell me what the future holds for my son his moms fixen to rip his head off is the phone done for ????

It's all good. It won't crash....in most cases. But if it does that's what's great is you just plug it in to iTunes click restore and wala.... No more jailbreak & as good as new!

jailbreak makes the phone better why would you care if he does it?

Hunkerdown: Who told your son not to jailbreak? If it was someone at Apple, that's pretty much par for the course. They HAVE to say that. Do your own research and base your opinions from that. There is a large community based around jailbreaking/customizing iPhones that say jailbreaking is good, even necessary, for maximum enjoyment from your iDevice. You should check it out.
