I have the $30/month prepaid plan on my current Android phone and I'm getting an iPhone 6+ tomorrow, but I'm getting conflicting information in regards to using it on my $30/mo plan.

I did a chat session with T-Mobile.com and they said that all I need to do is call them and they can activate the sim card that the new phone comes with and my current phone number and service will transfer over automatically.

But on another forum, someone said that the sim card that comes with the iPhone 6+ will not work with the prepaid plan and that I need to buy a separate nano sim card and prepaid activation kit from Walmart.

So who is correct? I'm getting the phone tomorrow morning so I'd like to be prepared for whatever I need to do.

Assuming you bought the phone in full ($750) and didn't activate it on a new number, you can use the Sim card that came in the phone.
