An anyone help me with this FaceTime issue I'm having ok wen I turn FaceTime on it stays on waiting for activation for about 5 mins then it's says FaceTime unsuccessful try again then I do and it does the something over again

Who ever you're trying to FaceTime with must also have a iPhone 4
