I have a blue all media sitting where my battery icon is does anyone know if it’s legitimate

I don’t remember seeing that one before on any of my phones, does it go away with a reboot?

The image you‘re showing us looks like the screenshot of the Home screen, as seen in an app like Annotable, where you can add lines, text, ….
Maybe you‘re using an edited/annotated image/screenshot as wallpaper. Try using a different wallpaper, without any text on it, and see if it looks the same, with “All Media” written at the top, and the icons at the botton.
