I can't active my iphone

Hello users,
My iPhone is factory unlocked. I have been using it for two years.
Suddenly, it there service is gone, and I take my SIM card of and put it on again but still doesn't work.
I got my brother's SIM card and tried it but it did not work either.

After that, I got a message from apple saying the I should restore it.
I could not restore it because it did not work with the iTunes.
then, I put it in DFU mode, and finally I could restore it.
The problem I am facing is that now I can't active my iPhone again.
