Hulu Now Offers an Ad-Free Paid Subscription for $4 More

Cable television is becoming a thing of the past in recent years, with streaming services like Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon becoming more popular. Netflix and Amazon offer content ad free with a paid subscription, while Hulu still plays ads before, during and/or after viewing content.

At $7.99 Hulu offers a wide variety of T.V. shows and movies, however weakness in the service comes in the form of ads. On Wednesday, Hulu announced that it now offers an ad free experience for only $4 more per month. For the new $11.99/month subscription price, all of the content on Hulu will play without the viewer ever seeing an ad again.

Hulu is available on a wide variety of platforms including iOS, Android, Xbox, Playstation, Apple TV and many more. The service offers some of the latest T.V. shows like Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., South Park, Scandal, New Girl, and Grimm, with new episodes being available shortly after they air.
