How to Sync (2) iphones to (2) separate computer and only (1) itune account?

Any suggestion on this topic. I have a 4 my wife has the 3g. I've sync my 4 to my laptop, I have sync her 3g to her desk top computer. It works but it seems like something is not right. Also, her contacts (address book) on her 3g iphone, I have NOT been able to sync it. Itunes says it will delete what on the phone now.

Any suggestion, will be appreciated

On the email tab at the very bottom is a merge info checkbox. So for one sync it will import all the contacts. Once that's done you can sync and because all your contacts are on the PC you can have it replace the data.
