How to save voicemail as an audio file on my computer?

Hi and thanks.

I'd like to save about 10 voicemails on my iphone from a departed relative.

Tried using Audacity to record them (using an audio patchcord) on my PC, but no luck.

There are apps I know, but the IExplorer for example is $34.

Any suggestions?

You could play them with the volume on Highest setting and record them on another phone or cassette recorder if you still have one ??
