How to remove folders from Photos app?

I had only "Camera Roll" folder in Photos app, but then I somehow created another folder called "Photo Stream". They both have exactly the same pictures, so there is no point having two folders. How can I remove the second folder?

Photo Stream is enabled via your iCloud control panel in settings. It allows all the pics you have on your iDevice to be backed up to iCloud.
