How to recover lost apps ?

I am completely without a clue here. Just recently synced my phone and promptly lost several apps. Can't figure out how to recover them. Any ideas? Thanks much

Open the App Store, tap the Updates button in the bottom right corner, go to "Purchased" and re-install them.

You might try to restore a second time - when I did it the first time only some apps reinstalled, the second time put all my apps on and back into their folders as I had them before.
