how to play games or install on IPhone 5

hello there i'm a new user to the iphone just got it 2 days ago so was wondering if i could play games like angry birds ,temple run and bla bla bla
1 hour ago i've download Angry Birds friends FREE! via itunes on my PC ,but i don't really know how to install it on my iphone
any help would be appreciated
