are you a registered iOS Developer? If not, it is illegal to download, or attempt to download beta versions of iOS software.
If you are a registered iOS Developer, you already know how to download iOS 7 beta releases.

If you try, Apple will find out and you will end up with an iPhone that can't be activated. You've already been given the only legal solution to the problem. We do not help our members commit piracy or any other illegal act. With that, this thread is now closed.
