I don't like the belt clip holster for the otter box defender to me it is uncomfortable to wear. So I use the nite ize holster and it is wonderful. Secure and protected from falls. It is also very comfortable to wear. It also has a spot for credit cards and such. Give it a try.

Not sure about new design, but ballistic case has small camera hole.

It isn't just your shirttail that does this, with mine I have to be careful every time I put it into the holster to make sure it clicks in firm/positive once it has it is good to go (I do catch shirts in it all the time too). I hang mine from my pocket lip - not my belt, if it hangs on my belt it digs into my side (too many pizzas i guess). I do love it though, looked at a few and settled on the Defender.

I have used Otterbox cases on every phone I have had for many years. All I can say is try a Lifeproof " case and you will never go back to the dressed up Beaver!!!!
