i want to upgrade its version but its not jailbroken yet.. how is it possible? can anyone teach me the process to upgrade my version (4.3.3) to a higher verison?[/h]

Following this guide here will result in iOS 7.0.4 being installed on your device. Without SHSH blobs (detailed here), you cannot selectively restore and your only option is the latest iOS.
