accidentally upgraded 5.0.1 used iphone 4 w6nt sync with itunes help me

i was buy an iphone 4 which accidentally upgraded to 5.0.1.(and my friend don't know too what version is before).and was JB it just now at the shop.they say I should wait for another 2 weeks for the official unthetered JB come again to the phone shop. so thats ok..the problem here is my ip4 wont sync...and could anyone teach me how to untethered jb my ip4?

there is an un tethered jailbreak that is being worked on for public release but if it will take two weeks we don't know, it could take longer
