Helpppp needed

The issued is the app that i download using my acc and when there is an update i cant update it cause its already lock using another ASLINE acc, its very annoying and confusing. Before jailbreak i can update as normaly no need to delete the app, after jailbreak each time got an update i have to delete first and install back
Just wanna know if after jailbreak everyone have the same problem? Or just my phone.
All my free app downloaded using my acc cause on instalaus got no free app
