Does anyone know how to remove the stock clock on the lock screen and move up the the info on the bottom ?!? Someone please help me

You can use move2unlock to remove the lockscreen clock, to move the stuff up you would have to manually edit the theme youre using.

Yes, but it most likely requires knowledge of HTML/CSS
