Hi i bought a otterbox defender for my 4s and i dropped it broke the plastic on the bottom. I tried returning it but the store said they wont take it back so i threw it away. Now months later i found out from a friend otterbox replaces it for free. So i called them and they said they would replace it but i need something called a vendor code out of it. Its a four digit code inside the case. The lady said if i can even get one from a friend she would let it pass. So i am wondering if anyone has a otterbox defender. Mine was yellow and grey but if yours is different that would be fine and still work. All i need is the 4 digit code. thanks, Adam
