i DL'd this app off of cydia a while back called vWallpaper for iOS4....and i put on this blue type vWallpaper and it worked fine...but recently i wanted to change it, and it wont let me....it says its changed but its not...so i decided to just delete the file from cydia all together...and the wallpaper is still there. i deleted it through ssh, and cant seem to find it through ifile....what can i do???

Try had resetting. I had a similar issue when I installed a boot logo that made my phone lag bad.
