help with caller ID

hi everybody,
plz help me with this prob.
i have i phone 4 and when anyone calls me only number appear but not name???
how do i fix this?

Are these numbers in your contacts?

Fist save the number in your contacts, and then when that number is calling u, your phone will be able to display the caller ID which you've saved on your phone for that number.
