We need more info then "I'm stuck in a respring loop".

No one can provide almost no help at all with that one sentence.

What did you do?
What was the last thing you installed from Cydia?

Respring loops don't happen for no reason....but they can happen from soooooo many different things.

Look at using tiny umbrella and or redsn0w to break the loop.

Also if you google you will come across good free programmes to download to attempt the break the loop too.

It would help as others said to give a little more info,
ie: What did you do or install that started the loop off, your firmware and baseband and what idevice your using etc.

Well first thing I would do is remove the very last dylib that was installed via a Cydia tweak. Maybe 2.
