hi, after upgrading my ip4 to ios6 my phone stuck on ( connect to itunes ) check the photo below

Try restoring again. Download the iOS 6.0.1 IPSW (released in the past 24 hours). Connect your iPhone to your computer, put it into DFU mode, shift+click Restore in iTunes and point it to the IPSW. Also make sure you're downloading with a non-Internet Explorer browser.
