Yes there is. If you have access to a windows machine, go download iFunbox. It's free, and it will let you drag your music off of your iphone without having to jailbreak it or void your warranty. It's a great application, and I've been using it since the first iPhone came out.
Diskaid for the Mac does the same thing, but it's $10. May be a small price to pay to keep your music.

There is a freeware version. I didn't really pay attention to the differences. I figured it would do the usual "Can only export 2 songs every 3 days", or "Can only be used in 20 second increments."
