Syncing through itunes

If I sync through iTunes and then delete the iTunes on the computer will I still have those files? If I use my work comp will the it guy have access to my phone?

If you sync your device on your work computer and delete iTunes. Your going to lose your content if you sync to another computer. Secondly the only way someone will have remote access to your device is if you jailbroke it and installed OpenSSh and didn't change the root password.

It doesn't delete anything at all.
