Help, Need Application Anti-eavesdropping application where at Appstore?

Have Tracking on my cellular network, I want it to be untracked, looking for a good app for this thing.
Looking to add a general lock before unlocking the iPhone, another lock for the cell phone. Another iPhone lock screen regardless of Apple's normal lock.

Looking for an anti-eavesdropping app that can find out where listeners are from.

Anti-eavesdropping application for the cellular network and cell phone.

Such an app would need system wide access which Apple does not give to third party apps.

Why would you want an anti tracking app?
If the towers can't track you, then won't you lose connectivity?
