HELP! My iphone 4 wont turn on at all!

Iphone 4 ... Tried to charging and it won't turn on, even i click n hold on the power button still won't turn on.. Even I tried to hold the power and home buttons same time for 30 seconds and still won't turn on.. Any idea how to fix it.. Let me know...Thanks!!

Let it sit and charge for about 30 minutes to an hour. Unplug it, and just forget about it for a few hours or a few days, then come back to it.

Bought it off ebay and it was waterdamaged. So I fixed it then was on then all the suddenly it won't even turn on at all even charging then unplug leave it alone For few days it's same problem tr. I Charon it again and I see picture of charging logo as in red dead.. Then I leave it alone anf it turn off itself.. Then I click home button it back on then off by itself.. No idea why.. How to get it fixed? Thanks!
