I have had my 5c for a month. Previously when using the keypad, I was able to tilt the phone sideways (landscape) and the screen would also switch allowing a larger keypad for bigger fingers. Starting yesterday the screen stopped changing when the phone was tilted. I have powered down the phone and back on which didn't help. I would very much appreciate some advice to correct this. Check to make sure you haven't accidentally activated the screen rotation lock button in your control panel. See this:
As I wrote in the picture, if that icon is white, you've locked your screen. So, just tap it to turn it off.
Hopefully, that's all it is. If that's not it, please holler back and we'll take another shot at it.
