the store is local for me so i did not have to order off the site, everything came to $205.
yes i swapped everything over myself.

Local businesses are always great, we do the whole repair for $150 but the 24 hour repair turn-around is a breaking factor for some i must say.

Did you change/swap the headphone jack and dock too? Also did you fit the speaker mesh to your white counterpart, or did it already come with speaker mesh attached?
