Hello and help please

Good morning all, I hope you are all well.
I have only just purchased an Iphone4 and I must admit I love it. I have a question that I just can't work out - am I able to download new SMS alerts to my phone ?
I am happy downloading ring tones/apps etc but I cant seem to work this out.

The only way to get custom SMS tones for iPhone is to jailbreak. Unfortunately even then it's not as easy as you would think if you want your own custom tones, but there is a large selection in cydia to download...
