Handset sound

My Iphone has stopped allowing me to hear calls through the handset normally. I can hear through the speaker and through the bluetooth in my car. Any ideas on why this would be?

Hmm... these phones do some odd things from time to time. Give in 3 hard resets... then let us know what you've got.

No joy ith the hard resets. I took it back to the Apple shop and they told me it had a faulty receiver and replaced the handset.

Hmm here in India I replaced my iPod touch 4g 32 gb 3 times in 1 year saying my battery is weak every time. ;-)

Are you trying to say that you have abuse on Apple goodness 3 times? Or you were really having battery troubles all those 3 times?

First two times I had issues I guess the last time was coz iOS 5.the second one was terrible.a proof that apple never gives new stuffs.they gives refurbished and it somehow missed the quality check
