TUAW reports today that Google has just made its Flight Search service more iOS-friendly, by ensuring that it now fits the Safari browser on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. If you’re not yet familiar with the Flight Search service, then TUAW explains that it’s pretty much as it sounds, a way of looking up information on flights complete with schedule, price and airline details. It also has a filter system to make it even easier to find out what you’re looking for, filtering according to price, flight time, airline and calendar view. TUAW says that you can also have Siri access Flight Search by telling her to “Google flights between…” and then tell her the destinations, and she should then throw up a Flight Search listing in her top results produced by the search. Generally speaking this is a nice touch from Google, as people on the move and on tight schedules will appreciate such a pain-free and time-saving way to pin-point flight data in a hurry.[/FONT]
