Full screen caller ID

I know how to make my photos for incoming caller ID fullscreen that is simple enough but it will not save, after two or three calls from that person goes back to the little round caller ID again, does anyone know how to make it stay permanently?

I have the iPhone 7 plus

I'm not sure I understand your question. Once you apply a profile picture to a contact, it will show that picture full screen only when you are receiving a call from that person.

But it reverts to small screen, come to think of it it may only do that when I reboot my phone because I reboot it about every 4 to 5 days

In Contacts, the photo only shows small, but when you receive an incoming call, you should see a full screen version of the photo.

Why do you reboot it every 4 to 5 days? Is there a problem with your iPhone?

If it's not necessary, don't do it regularly. A reboot should be used as a last resort, and only if the iPhone is not responding.

Just go into the contact and edit the contact picture. I think you'll see after you do that you'll see full screen ID
