Freeze trouble

Had my 6 plus 4 weeks now. From the beginning I've noticed that I have a regular problem of freezing especially on FaceTime where my whole screen becomes unresponsive.
Every now and again I also have a crash where phone restarts itself. Before I take a trip to Apple I'm wondering if this is a software others are experiencing?

My iPhone 6 plus has never crashed and restarted itself. Are you sure this is not a problem with your network provider given it freezes on FaceTime.
