FaceTime Question

Can anyone please tell me, that if texting is COMPLETELY disabled through the carrier, as in you cannot send or receive texts, can you still make and/or receive FaceTime calls?

I wouldn't see why not... Facetime works over WiFi and has nothing to do w/ your wireless carrier.
