facebook/twitter help

Very simply, I want to post the same post to Facebook AND Twitter without either seeing the other. What I mean is that I dont want my Twitter followers to see or even know about my facebook account. Same with my Facebook friends...I dont want them to know about my Twitter account...Is there any way to do this?

Any help and/or ideas is much appreciated..
