Error messages on the pc email client

I setup Deltacom/Earthlink office mail on a IPhone v4. The phone gets the mail fine but the mail client has a window open up asking for a user and password. If I click cancel I am presented with 2 errors. 0x800ccc90 and 0x800ccc92. I shut the phone off and instantly I can get mail on the pc mail client. I can turn the phone on and still get mail on the mail client. When I open mail on the iphone the error starts popping up on the pc until I turn off the phone. I have seen something like this before with an AT&T email address and an error message. That time the message stated that another client was getting the mail. I didn't have the phone with me so I couldn't try turning it on and off. Any Ideas?
