Push email problem

My new emails are not showing up on the display of the iphone.
Above the "mail" widget should be a counter of how many new emails I have in my inbox.

I called Verizon tech support, they told me to turn the phone on and off to reset, I have had to do this a few time, very annoying.

Anyone else have this problem or know what to do about it?

Have your tried fetch instead? Some email accounts don't support push...

Push, will drain your battery, why not just fetch your Mail ?

I have my push turned off. When i need to see my new mails i go to the mail boxes and check them just like the way i deal emails on my computer. My iphone battery standing like iron.

I second this! I noticed a big difference when I switch to fetch manually.
