Error -1 while recovering..

My friend brought me a Iphone 4S that couldn't be activated... So I was stuck at the activation screen all the time, can't update trough wifi or Itunes, so I decided to use Restore fucntion and update it to IOS 6 and it gives me a error (-1) all the time... Can't get out of recovery mode, basically stuck... It's a non simlock gsm

It wasn't jailbreaked at all.. clean iphone.

Error 1 can be fixed by putting your device into pwned DFU mode rather than regular DFU mode. RedSn0w does have a feature that will walk you through on that

I have a error -1 and I believe that Iphone 4S is not yet fully supported by Redsnow ?

Have you tried a regular DFU upgrade?
