Email Notification

Hi. I have an iphone 3Gs. What I want to know is - Is there any way to be able to receive a notification when you receive email from just certain addresses - like we can do with ringtones?

I don't think it's possible on a 3Gs. If you were running 5.0.1 (which you can't on a 3Gs, unless I'm mistaken) then I'd recommend Mail Enhancer.

What about on 4S? Is it possible with that? Because I just got one and I'm totally new to iPhone. Had a BB before this for many years.

Mail Enhancer is designed for the 4s. Do a google search for it to see all of the things it can do- highly recommend it!

The mail enhancer thing is for jail broke phones.

i believe without jailbreak tweaks this is not possible

What about Mailtones or eNotify. I have heard they might work?
