Depends on what you consider a "hassle?" Changing out the back panel is quite easy. On the other hand, changing out the lcd/digitizer is much more tech. involved. I'm always skeptical of things that carry a brand name on them that couldn't possible be coming from that brand!

Looks great and its alot cheaper than i have found on the net while searching. This is the same one i wanted but im a little scared giving it to someone to change out for fear that something will go wrong with my luck.....lol The best price i have seen it for was no less than $200.00 so i say go for it.
