We are using Exchange Sync with an iPhone and the user also has an iPad. Our server is on Exchange 2007 with the Junk Mail filtering turned off. Somehow, e-mails are being moved from the Inbox to Junk Mail. Since we have ruled out the network causing it, could it possibly be a setting on the iPhone or the iPad?
