It can't be done. You can remove your jailbreak, but your iPhone 4S will still be on iOS 7. The iOS can only be downgraded on pre- A5 devices and only if you have blobs for the iOS version you want to downgrade to. http://www.iphoneforums.net/forum/h...your-ios-use-blobs-pre-a5-devices-only-57333/
