IOS 7 downgrade

Hi there, my wifi is greyed out after ios 7.0.3 and I want to downgrade it

I went to tyniumbrella and I figured out I have saved my shshs from ios 6.0.1.

Does this means I can downgrade to ios 6.0.1 ?

Can anyone please help me on how to

I'm afraid not. There is no way, blobs or not, to downgrade from iOS 7.0.3.

TinyUmbrella is only necessary for iOS 4 and below when downgrading is applicable. iOS 5 and above introduces APTickets, so TSS Server is unnecessary

So, there is no way for me to downgrade

And regarding the wifi greyed out, any ideia what can be done?
