downgrade from 6.1.3

so i updated to 6.1.3, big mistake in my opinion, now ive been looking and researching on how to downgrade to either 6.1.2 6.1 5.1.1 or anything really, i just want to be able to jailbreak it but nothing seems to work. can anyone give my instructions on how to do it. i have windows and mac and i have an ipod 4g running 6.1.3

Do you have blobs for iOS 5.1.1? Unless you saved iOS 5.1.1 blobs, you can't downgrade the iOS on your iPod.
