Does Not Exit Safe Mode

I installed tweak ArrangeStatusBar and uninstalled a few tweaks I wasn't using and after resprings it's doesn't exit
Safe Mode. I have almost uninstalled almost every Tweak and ArrangeStatusBar including Winterboard and still doesn't exit Safe Mode

Please Help !

I have also Deleted all others sources other then Default sources
