I think iDan got boned on this, I'll let him chime in but basically he got the confirmation page in his browser, did not print it or screencap it, never got an email and now Apple has lost his order.
Did I pre-order or not?

Right...which is exactly what happened with my first "order". Stinks.

And another update.... I read on another forum (yes, I've been cheating on you all, lol) that if the first order didn't appear to go through (no email, nothing in order status), to call the Apple store where you said you would pick up the phone. Sometimes they have a record of your reservation despite all that. So I did, and they had my reservation!
Now I need to know if I need to cancel the phone order I made on Wednesday or if it will cancel automatically. On hold with Apple now. Also wondering if I can just transfer that order to a friend who didn't place his order... I'll find out!
