Dictation for iphone 5

Dictation for iphone 5. I just bought an this phone and I would like to find a dictation app that allows me to dictate and then import into WORD in my PC for reports. I sometimes do this where no cell coverage is available. Dragon Dictation information says you must have WI-FI connection. I've tried using the microphone option for email, but it cuts me off after a few paragraphs. Any suggestions? Thanks
