Deleting Photo Albums

This sounds crazy but, how do you delete photo albums?

I have one named "Photo Stream" that I can't seem to delete, i.e., no trash can.

Turn off photo stream in settings> iCloud> photo stream/ then the album photo stream will go away from your album photo.
